Type here other important information: No lights over tanks, room
lights only. Fry are parent raised and my brood size is about 100 fish per month. Female
spawns weekly but male only responds sporadically. Water is added directly from the tap
and is very soft. Often CaCO3 is added to buffer the water. pH is 5.8 - 6.2 for breeders
and 6.8 for growers. I have not had much experience yet as I have only began breeding and
have not had a years worth of production. Only four broods!
